Profile
Product leader with nearly two decades spanning software engineering, team leadership, product, and operations (former COO). Since 2022 I've scaled Block Pro, H&R Block Canada's flagship proprietary, cloud-based tax platform, to national scale (2M+ cumulative returns at 98.6% adoption), led the organization's AI initiatives, and now lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise digital transformation. In parallel, I build and govern production AI hands-on: RAG systems, autonomous agents, and LLM-as-Judge evaluation, with Responsible AI and cost discipline as the backbone: measure faithfulness before claiming it, refuse rather than fabricate, cite the source, and design the human-AI handoff deliberately.

Senior Product Manager
H&R Block Canada- Scaled Block Pro into the company's national tax engine, growing annual volume ~370% over two seasons (+65% YoY) to millions of cumulative returns filed.
- Drove qualified-return adoption to 98.6% (+30.4% YoY) via carryforward expansion, redesigned client-interview and transmit flows, and a controlled EFILE cutover phasing out legacy DT Max.
- Improved software quality ~40% over the period (~25% YoY), reducing defect rate well below target, verified across millions of filed returns.
- Lifted User Acceptance Rate to ~93% and usability +58.2% through season-feedback loops, surveys, and focus-group discovery.

- Orchestrated the TPSC/CIS integration end-to-end (design/estimation workshops, a stakeholder showcase, and 4 cross-functional demos), landing a phased Jan→Jun implementation.
- Secured CRA certification ahead of EFILE Open in a first-year build via regular triage cadences under a hard regulatory deadline.
- Stood up the analytics and monitoring foundation (TPSC reporting + HEAP usage instrumentation) later used to manage quality at scale.
